President's Message: A Reason to Celebrate

As this pandemic continues to wind down, the CMA will continue to evolve. We have many community foci but, one will always be on physician health and well-being.
I invite you to join us in our Annual Celebration, “Around the World for a Night” on Saturday, May 21 at Huntington Park. This will be a memorable event, with great people, a fun theme, and a fantastic setting. Most of all, I look forward to sharing an evening with my colleagues and friends and hopefully growing that group. I think this may be one of the most important functions of the CMA and possibly the best way to promote physician well-being.
Coming up, we also plan to have a series of happy hours around town over the summer to network. I have made great friends with the members of the CMA, and I think they add as much to my health as I, hopefully, add to the organization. Regardless of my therapy, please, come enjoy a great evening of food, drink, dancing, and stories.
