    The 3rd Medical Recruiting Battalion is one of five Army Medical Recruiting Battalions in the United States Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) tasked with recruiting officers for the Medical Corps, Veterinary Corps, Dental Corps, Specialist Corps, Medical Service Corps, Nurse Corps, and the Chaplain Corps.

    We recruit America's best and brightest volunteers that are able to deploy, fight, and win. We recruit with pride and integrity, highly qualified healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care to Soldiers in today's Army.

    Build upon the positive and powerful aspects of current Army culture, creating a people-focused culture that destroys harmful behaviors and builds trust across Army formations. Amplify the positive behaviors that align with our vision of cohesive teams: civility and positive relationships; diversity, equity, and inclusion; honor and respect; empathy; and care for Soldier and Civilian wellbeing.     Columbus is a big city with small-town vibes, the medical community feels tight-knit and projects a family feel to medicine.
