8 Questions With: Dr. Rustin Morse
Where were you born/raised? Long Island (Syosset), New York.
What was your first job? Delivering newspapers via bicycle in my neighborhood.
What made you decide to become a physician? I was a volunteer ambulance driver in college. This led to me volunteering in an emergency department. These experiences drove me to become a physician.
To celebrate the CMA’s New Culinary Medicine Community what is your favorite meal to cook? I enjoy making pizza.
What’s your favorite thing in Columbus? I’ve only lived here a few months, but I love Glacier Ridge Metropark. It is amazing to see deer all over the park.
Last tv show you binged? Big Bang Theory. I never watched it when it was on air in primetime. Don’t know how I missed it!
What’s your favorite part of being a physician? As a pediatrician, I love interacting with children and getting them to smile or laugh.
